For more than 25 years, France Europe Innovation has supported companies and research centers in the development and implementation of their R&D projects.
Response to calls for proposals
Monitoring calls for proposals: we search for funding opportunities and position your project according to the strategic orientations of the programs concerned.
Structuring collaborative projects : we support you in structuring your project (defining work packages and tasks with your consortium, defining milestones/deliverables, analyzing risks and defining management structures, developing the consortium budget).
Seeking partners.
Drafting the proposal according to the experts' expectations: we intervene in particular at the level of the non-technical parts relating to the impact, the exploitation/dissemination and communication plan or the complementarity of the consortium members.
Handling the administrative tasks required by the call.
These services may be eligible for financial support from BPI or ANR.
Project management
Technical and financial reporting : we ensure regular project monitoring based on key indicators (person-months, deliverables and intermediate/official milestones, expenses). To do this, we create and update customized dashboards.
Setting up external and internal communication tools .
Coordination of the consortium and its management structures: we ensure risk analysis, manage conflicts within the consortium, and organize progress meetings.
Preparation of contract amendments, including the consortium agreement
Management of technical and financial progress reports required by funding bodies
Constant interface with partners and funders
