Olivier Degrand
President
A general engineer by training (EPF Foundation - 1999), Olivier founded France Europe Innovation in 1999. He now possesses extensive experience and expertise in the development and administrative and financial management of FP5 projects (5th, 6th, and 7th programs, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe), notably as a project partner (ROMI, Loulla&Philla, Leukotreat, KidsCancerKinome, MAPO, etc.). Olivier has also successfully participated in the development of numerous BPI and Eurostars projects.
Julia Puente
Project Manager
Holding a double degree in political science and social sciences from Carlos III University of Madrid, Julia is currently a project manager at France Europe Innovation. Since 2026, she has worked on European projects funded primarily through the Horizon Europe and Eurostars programs. She oversees the SERENA project (Horizon Europe – Health) and contributes to the development of new European proposals.
Daniela González
Project Manager
Holding a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from Sciences Po and a Master's degree in Culture and Communication from Paris 8 University, Daniela is currently a doctoral candidate in Information and Communication Sciences. Since 2023, she has worked as a project manager at France Europe Innovation, where she supports project leaders in preparing and monitoring applications for European funding. She is notably responsible for monitoring the IMPACT project (EU4Health) and contributes to the development of new proposals.
