Over two days, partners came together to review the progress achieved during the first reporting period, discuss ongoing activities and coordinate the next steps ahead of its official conclusion on 30 June 2026 (M18).

As a project partner, France Europe Innovation (FEI) contributes to WP1 – Project Management and Coordination and WP15 – Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation, supporting both the effective implementation of the project and the visibility and impact of its results.

During the meeting, Olivier Degrand (WP1) presented the ongoing update of the SERENA Data Management Plan (DMP). This document supports the responsible management of project data, helping ensure its quality, accessibility, security and long-term value.

Julia Puente (WP15) presented an overview of the communication and dissemination activities carried out during the first reporting period, in line with SERENA’s communication, dissemination and exploitation plan. These activities include the development of communication materials, management of the project website and digital presence, stakeholder engagement, and preparation of upcoming dissemination initiatives.

FEI also outlined the priorities for the next reporting period, focusing on strengthening SERENA’s visibility, reaching relevant audiences and maximising the impact of the project’s results.

Through these contributions, FEI supports both project coordination and the strategic communication of SERENA’s progress and outcomes.

With a total duration of 60 months, SERENA continues to move forward thanks to the commitment and collaboration of all consortium partners. 🌍✨

A big thank you to all partners for these productive exchanges in Dijon!
