Engineer by training, Olivier Degrand founded the company France Europe Innovation in 1999. He has a wide experience and expertise in the administrative and financial management of FP European projects (FP5, FP6 and FP7: Loulla & Philla, Leukotreat, KidsCancerKinome, MAPO...) as well as in the setting up of OSEO and Eurostars projects.

Delphine Chatard graduated from Sciences-Po Paris (European Affairs degree) and the University of Melbourne, Australia. She joined France Europe Innovation in September 2009.
